Hakkan

Hakkan, also known as "拔罐" in Chinese, is an ancient healing practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, aiming to improve blood flow, relieve pain, and support the body's natural healing processes. During a hakkan session, cups made of glass or silicone are strategically positioned on specific points of the body or areas of tension. The suction created by the cups draws out stagnant blood and toxins, helping to ease muscle tension, enhance circulation, and induce relaxation. Hakkan therapy is commonly sought after for its ability to alleviate muscle soreness, promote detoxification, and strengthen the immune system.

Kassa

Kassa, known as "刮痧" in Chinese, is a therapeutic technique that has been practiced for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using a smooth-edged tool to gently scrape the skin, aiming to improve circulation and relieve tension. This scraping action stimulates the flow of qi (energy) and blood, addressing various health issues. The microtraumas created on the skin during kassa sessions trigger the body's natural healing response and help release toxins. Kassa is often used to alleviate muscle pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance flexibility. It is also effective in providing relief from common cold symptoms and respiratory ailments.

Mogusa

Mogusa, known as "艾灸" in Chinese, is a traditional healing technique that involves burning dried mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) on or near specific acupuncture points on the body. This practice, deeply rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, aims to stimulate and invigorate the flow of qi, promoting healing and restoring balance in the body. Mogusa is believed to strengthen the immune system, alleviate pain, and improve circulation. The gentle warmth generated by mogusa penetrates deeply into the body, offering relief from conditions such as arthritis, menstrual cramps, digestive issues, and fatigue. It is a safe and suitable therapy for individuals of all ages seeking natural, non-invasive approaches to address a variety of health concerns.
